This is a recording of a 2 hour workshop that expands on the Introduction to Ayurveda workshop and dives more deeply into Dinacharya and the value and the role that specific daily practices play in optimizing your health and wellbeing. We review why each of them are beneficial and when it is an ideal time to practice them. We also address the best way to begin incorporating the practices into your routine and how your unique constitution might influence that. Several demonstrations are offered including using some oil to cleanse nasal passages so if you'd like to participate as you watch you'll need a small amount of oil such as sesame or coconut or almond oil, a big wide bowl with some water and a towel.
