This is a free 2 hour workshop offering an introduction to the foundational concepts and principles of Ayurveda. There is a brief review of some general practices can be adopted for optimizing wellbeing and balance in your life. There is a short demonstration at the end of the workshop that involves massaging oil into your feet so if you're interested, attend with some sesame, coconut, jojoba, almond or other massage oil. You'll need about 1-2 teaspoons. A PDF of the powerpoint is also available for further reference.
