Nourish: Yoga for a Healthy Relationship to Eating and Body Image
This is an event series
- increasing your determination and confidence to create a more nourishing relationship with food;
- shifting your narrative about yourself away from scarcity and towards abundance;
- increasing your appreciation and comfort being in and moving your body;
- increasing your sense of control over your eating habits; and (most importantly!)
- increasing your peace of mind and sense of wellbeing.
- Education and Experience in movement, breathwork, chanting and meditation using the yogic Pancamaya model of human dimensions.
- Written copies of the practices after each class to use in home practice.
- Audio recordings of the guided meditations and breath practices.
- A one-hour private consultation with Jen Peterson, during or after the series.
